Seller's Notes:We bought this chair for $1000 (can check online although this design is no longer available). It's pretty heavy and solid so two people will need to carry down two flights of stairs. Although it's 8 years old, it was not used so much since it sat in my parent's storage for 2 years after they owned for 3 years and I currently own for 3 years. Was not exposed to animals or smoking but does have a few scratches on the wooden armrests. The cushioning is good but could use a good cleaning or maybe you can upholster with a new fabric if you don't like the design.
