Seller's Notes:1 year old, excellent condition with no type of blemish or scratch or stain. A comfortable sleeper with no fussy hardware to poke your guests! We love this piece but it didn’t fit around 2 corners to get into our guest room, so we are reluctantly selling it. A beautiful and vibrant piece! It’s been exposed to a cat, and if you have a cat you will be pleased to know cats are unable to scratch velvet. Notes: a) it is a half flight up (7 steps of a stoop) but Apt Deco only allows whole numbers so I wrote 1 flight. b) it has no blemishes, scratches, stains or any issues at all, but the only choices were "new, never used" or next one down was "used, some blemishes"; since it has been sat on, I had to choose the latter. We paid the following for it: 2,713 couch + 283.29 tax + 479 white glove shipping = 3,475.29
