Seller's Notes:This couch is brand new practically. It’s been in my climate controlled storage unit for the past 8 months. I hate selling it because it’s so nice but it’s too big for my current residence. Yes it’s big and heavy which means it’s very sturdy. The 2 backs come off and it’s still heavy to carry. Beats a cheap light couch from Big Lots or somewhere that will moved evertime you sit down in it. Not this bad boy. Don’t have kids or pets and don’t smoke so this sofa was never exposed to anything that could scratch or scuff it. My sofa needs a good home. This sofa will last forever.
