Seller's Notes:We purchased this Room & Board Metro sectional new about three years ago and have absolutely loved it. It has been the centerpiece of our living room, comfortable enough for everyday lounging, movie nights, and hosting friends, while still maintaining its clean, timeless look. The Metro is known for its deep seats, premium construction, and incredibly comfortable down-filled cushions. The Performance Wool upholstery in Tepic White has held up remarkably well and has been much more durable than we expected for a light-colored fabric. The sofa is in good overall condition with normal signs of use, including a few light scuffs and minor spots that should improve with a professional cleaning. It has been in a home with a dog, so we've reflected that in the price. We're only selling because we're looking to change the layout of our living room—not because there's anything wrong with it. This is a high-quality, American-made Room & Board piece with many years of life left, and we'd love to see it go to someone who will enjoy it as much as we have.
