Seller's Notes:We have loved this couch! Overall, it is in excellent condition. The back cushions, arm rests, back of the couch, and sides of the couch are in excellent condition without any stains, scratches or fading. There are surface scratches on the two seat cushions from our labradoodle and minor scuff marks on the charcoal wooden legs from bumps from the vacuum cleaner. The only reason that we are parting with it is that it is we are remodeling our living room to accommodate more seating and a more modern aesthetic. I would love to see it go to a new owner who will appreciate it as much as we have! We're also listing a Restoration Hardware credenza and a vintage Lebarge Hollywood Regency brass oval coffee table with hoof legs that were positioned with this sofa in the former, mid-century modern version of our living room.
