Seller's Notes: We're selling our Room and Board Townsend sofa because we moved into a larger apartment and need a bigger couch. We love this sofa. It's modern and low design made our small apt look much bigger. We tried to get the same style in a larger size when we moved but they no longer carry the same fabric. It's made of solid wood and high-quality fabric and filling materials. There is no real damage. The bottom cushions look a little worn but it's minimal. Comes from a very clean home with no exposure to pets or smoke.
