Seller's Notes:Stevens sofa from Room & Board in near-new condition. We've really enjoyed each of our furniture purchases from Room & Board, and this is no exception. It's a comfortable, quality-made sofa. The fabric is a medium-grey color (Tepic Grey is the name from the manufacturer's website). It sits about 4" from the ground on solid maple wood legs, which add to a clean, modern look. We purchased the sofa new about four (4) years ago, and though we've only had a cat for the last two (2) years, he has not really been on it (no scratches/tears). The only reason we're listing it is we're in the market for a larger sofa.
