Seller's Notes:This is a Room & Board Sterling 106x106" Three-Piece Sectional in Arin Fabric in the Ivory color with Natural Steel finish legs. Paid $5300 in 2023. We have a smaller non-shedding dog, no kids, and sectional has been well taken care of. Seat cushion covers were professionally cleaned once last year. Held up very well, perhaps some slight pilling (see close up picture of fabric). Making way for a smaller sofa and recliner chair setup.
