Seller's Notes:This is an incredibly well kept Room and Board Platform Sleeper Sofa (91") that retails at $2,799. We've had it since 2019 and it's been very lightly used. It was in a guest room that wasn't used often. No stains, minimal wear. Pick up only in Bucktown. It's quite heavy so at least 2 individuals will be needed. It's up 2 flight of stairs (16 steps total). Street parking available.
