Seller's Notes:This item was purchased in 2018. I am redoing the guest room to find a smaller sleeper option. The item is structurally in excellent shape - it is sturdy and works very well as a sleeper. Still a great option as a couch. It still available with Room & Board for $4400. The color is "Derry Cement" - and its a brownish gray. The fabric is discolored - mainly due to exposure to the light in my apartment, bleaching out the back of the couch that was exposed. it s likely better against a wall. You can see the discoloration from the photos - it looks like shadowing. It can probably also use a good cleaning but it has many good years left for anyone not looking to spend thousands at R&B. Priced to sell. Feel free to ask any questions.
