They look fantastic in any space and are very comfortable for reading, working on a laptop, or watching TV as well as versatile when entertaining guests. I am selling it only because we are moving and I am redecorating -- though I am tempted to buy again in the future! I had them custom made in a cocoa brown velvet. They currently retail for about $1300 (chair) and $700 (ottoman). All from a very clean, smoke-free, pet-free home. I have a doorman/elevator building for easy pick-up.
