Seller's Notes:This Room & Board Oxford pop-up sleeper sectional has served our family well for 6 years but is too small for our new living room and is being replaced with its larger model. It is in fantastic shape. This is the 93" (smaller size) Oxford pop-up sleeper section in right-arm configuration (the storage chaise is on the right when you are facing the couch; on the left when you are sitting on it). I encourage you to visit the Room & Board listing for this item to get a better sense for how the sleeper configuration works, there's even a video. The biggest selling point of this piece is that the sleeper takes roughly 5 seconds to set up and turns the sofa in to an entirely flat bed, which and makes it great for putting up even for a movie night. The cushion is firm but comfortable and the pillows are in good shape but could stand to be fluffed. There are a few minor stains and blemishes. I had the couch professionally cleaned in 2020 and it returned it to like-new state; I expect another relatively cheap professional cleaning will eliminate all the new light stains. The storage chaise arms were just replaced (by Room & Board) a few weeks ago in preparation for selling this. The storage lid opens smoothly and the new replacement arms hold it perfectly still upright as long as you need. I priced it very affordably because I want it to go to a new home and not be wasted. It is in excellent shape and we would probably use it for another 6 years were it not too small for our space.
