Seller's Notes:Room and Board Morrison Queen Size Sleeper Sofa for sale. In excellent condition. Cushions were recently replaced with new 15-year foam (will give purchaser the receipt with warranty info). From extremely clean a pet and smoke free home. Fabric color is "Tepic paprika."
