Seller's Notes:Bed was a game changer in our growing son's small room where space is at a premium and he was needing more space for art, drawing and homework. Desk is nice and long with a custom plexi top! Plenty of space underneath for box storage as well. We're doing some remodeling and no longer need this space saver. Ladder can be placed on left or right side of guardrail. Open shelves don't block light and are great for books, toys, etc. It has some minor scratches and wear, all cosmetic. Guard rail screws into frame.
