Seller's Notes:Custom Room & Board Metro sectional in Dustin Grey - L-shaped, 3 pieces: - Corner - 75" Right-Arm Sofa - Left-Arm Chair See photo of exact dimensions & layout from Room & Board sectional customizer. Sofa is four years old and has gotten regular use, but has no structural damage at all, just some minor discoloration of the fabric - light grey fabric has some yellowing on arm rest and back cushions. See photos for close-ups of discoloration. Discoloration could almost definitely be removed with a professional cleaning, but we haven't tried. Main photo (with blue art pieces) is from 2 years ago. Second zoomed-out photo shows couch in current state. We have a small dog who is allowed on the couch, but we keep the couch covered in throw blankets, which has kept it pretty well protected - there is no pet damage, stains, or odor. Overall, couch is in solid condition, and has many more years of life as is, or with a little investment could be easily restored to like-new. We are only replacing it because we moved, and the L-shape doesn't fit our new living room.
