Seller's Notes:Bought this item when we moved into our new condo. We are now moving again this fall and will be redecorating both color and style so we need to sell. Couch is very comfortable and has held up well. Seat cushions, not fabric, were upgraded this year because Room and Board had upgraded them after we purchased the sofa so they allowed us to get the upgrade them.
