Seller's Notes:This Room and Board sofa is closer to good condition, though I'm marking "satisfactory" because there are some cat claw marks on the arms and sides (see photos). They're not that noticeable because of the microsuede fabric, which has been fantastic. The fabric color is olive though it appears gray in these photos. The couch is on the firmer side, but comfortable. We are only selling because the living room gets little natural light and we've decided we'd like a brighter color.
