Seller's Notes:We love our Room & Board Luca Sofa w/ chaise in charcoal grey. Bought new for $3,000 five years ago, it's a great, high quality sofa (R&B does not make the Luca anymore). There are some light cat scratches on the arms and slight discoloration from use over the years. The couch is very lovely and comfortable--we always get compliments on it and have had parties where 5 to 8 people have sat comfortably on it. It's also great to sleep on! Sofa width is 77 inches + chaise width is 43 inches = 120" if kept together The leg length of the chaise is 57 inches long.
