Seller's Notes:This is the most comfortable, indulgent sectional sofa you will ever experience. It breaks our heart to have to part with it, but unfortunately we had to move unexpectedly and it no longer fits in our apartment. Here’s what to know: -Less than 3 years old (purchased in June 2019 from Room & Board) and in great condition. Normal wear and tear, no odors or stains. -Very spacious, comfortably seats 5+ people. 120” wide, 42” deep (without ottoman) 84” deep (with ottoman), 27” high -Entire sofa is modular, so it breaks down into 4 pieces. Ottoman can be attached on either side. -Custom “Dunlin Ink” fabric is a beautifully textured, rich navy blue. Kid and pet friendly and stain resistant. -We had this sofa in a smaller apartment and it fits wonderfully if you have a nice sized corner space. It’s also perfect for a larger living space, den, media room, or rec room. -Original purchase price $6200
