Seller's Notes:Purchased this on AptDeco recently and it does not fit down our stairs. I purchased it for $450+. We are temporarily using it but need to find it a new home ASAP. This couch is super comfortable and has many years of love left. It would make a great basement or hangout room couch. What was not disclosed from the previous seller was a very faint marking on the side arm. I have pictured it here for full transparency.
