Seller's Notes:Hi! I am moving across the country and therefore have decided to sell my beloved Dark Grey Room & Board Linger Sectional Sofa (retails for $4,700) This Right-facing L-shaped sectional sofa is extremely comfortable for both me and my 6’4” husband due to the depth of the seating. The cushions are down filled and the fabric is made from a performance weave meant to repel spills and stains. The sofa is a dark, charcoal gray with a slight warm/brown hue to it, making it go well with any decor! The cushion covers are all removable for easy cleaning and washing (although the fabric is so forgivable, I’ve never had to do this!). We had this sofa professionally steam cleaned when we bought it 4 years ago and have continually vacuumed and did a full upholstery clean on it twice since owning it. The sofa comes from a clean, smoke-free, bug-free, and pet-free home. NOTE: Burn marks on chaise arm (See photos) - Burn marks on the chaise-side arm caused by string light bulbs that were left on sitting against it. I have not tried to do anything to fix or cover these marks as we do not notice them because this side of the sofa is in a corner but I think a dark grey fabric dye or spray could help reduce the appearance of these. Pickup is from an elevator building on the corner of Houston and Chrystie. The sofa comes apart into 2 pieces - the chaise and the straight part for moving.
