Seller's Notes:[FREE DELIVERY] I am currently storing this item in Makespace. I will ask them to deliver this item to your house for free. I am finally selling this wonderfully built loveseat. I've had this sofa for a few years and have been recently keeping it in storage for the past few months. We just renewed our lease at our current place and it's becoming clear that we won't be able to make room for this sofa... so it's time to let it go. I absolutely love this sofa. I took extremely good care of it, vacuuming and flipping the cushions every two weeks. I had a cat for 2 years so there are some minor scratches here and there. But nothing you would notice unless you really analyze the fabric with a magnifying glass. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'd be happy to help.
