Seller's Notes:We are moving and no longer have room for this wonderful and very comfortable Room & Board loveseat. The loveseat was recently steam cleaned and comes from a pet and smoke free home. The cushions are all still in great shape and are stain and odor free. The two front legs have some scratching and wear from years of being bumped into by the vacuum cleaner (see photos), but can be easily repaired or replaced (or shifted to the back of the loveseat where they will be far less noticeable).
