Seller's Notes:New couch is ready for delivery so I’ve lowered the price as this MUST GO! —- Harding Sectional in Doss Grey Microseude This sofa is super comfortable and appears good and clean. The fabric is amazing and anything comes out with just cold water, including things like wine. That said it could use a good cleaning as there are some very light marks that come out with a cleaner (i've gotten it cleaned ever year and it looks like new!). Under the chaise cushion - at the interior seam of the couch, that is torn, but it doesn't affect the cushion or the seat at all. The shape of the cushions you sit on has held, and they are very comfortable. The couch is pretty deep and has doubled as a bed when you take the pillows off of it for visiting guests, which has been super handy (and comfortable). The pillows that sit vertically have lost some of their shape, but still look good. Though the fabric is "micro-seude" it's more twill-like and not "suede" like at all. The fabric was a high-end customization and worth every sent. it's a light grey color that has a tiny bit of green in it - it's not a warm grey. Hope this is helpful! It's a great couch but time for a change!
