Seller's Notes:Room & Board delivered this sectional on March 16, 2022, so I have had it LESS THAN SIX MONTHS. Due to unforseen circumstances, I have to move and the sectional will not fit. As it is brand new, the sectional is in near perfect condition. There are a couple very light very minor scratches on one side due to my cat. The sectional is very durable, with super high performance fabric. The fabric and color is called Sumner Cement. I absolutely LOVE this sectional and am sad to have to sell it. It is incredibly comfortable with standard depth seating with great head support. The chaise is extra-wide so two people can fit. The sectional is also very sturdy and does not wobble. The connections for the four pieces fit together great.
