Seller's Notes:This is an incredibly functional convertible couch made of high quality material. The couch itself is very comfortable and comfortably seats 3 adults. The couch folds flat into a queen size sleeping arrangement that adds excellent functionality. The mechanism to open the couch to a bed is incredibly easy and simply requires pulling out the base cushion and then folding down the top cushion (can also be viewed on Room & Board website). It's simple for one person to do and we have never had any mechanical problems with the functionality. The item itself has had very little usage however does have two minor stains which I included in the photo. Otherwise this item will be good for years to come.
