Seller's Notes:This is a barely touched Room and Board sleeper sofa, of the Elke Convertible model (http://www.roomandboard.com/catalog/living/sleeper-sofas/elke-convertible-sleeper-sofas) bought in fall 2014. It has been used for sleeping twice and has been sat on only a handful of times. Given its high quality, efficient design, and superior looks, we intended to use this sofa for years and were very happy with it, but, unfortunately, had to downsize shortly after we bought it and no longer have a guest room.
