Seller's Notes:We bought it in June 2011 for our newly renovated apartment and any stains (pen marks, food or wine, etc) have always come out when washed because it's made of that faux suede that can be washed, dry-cleaned, whatever you want. We have a hypo-allergenic, 5lb dog that has never once had any accidents on this couch and she doesn't shed. Just wanted to be totally forthcoming. Our 1 yr old son has put pen marks on the material a couple times and they have washed out completely. That's the great thing about this couch! We're moving and want to buy a huge couch, so we're selling this one!
