Seller's Notes:This is a beautiful Room & Board 3+ Piece Sectional in a rich Dark Brown Velvet. It has been a staple in my home for the last 5 years and has held up wonderfully—Room & Board quality really shows. Unlike many sofas that sag over time, this one has kept its shape beautifully. It’s on the stiffer side, which I personally prefer, but it’s still very comfortable and spacious for hosting. I’m only selling it because I’m moving and it won’t fit in my new space. It has been well-cared for in a smoke-free and pet-free home. There is some very light natural wear consistent with 5 years of use, but no major stains or structural issues. Originally purchased for $5,100, so this is a great chance to get a high-end designer piece for a fraction of the retail price!
