Seller's Notes:This Corbett table was one of my first proper adult, post-Ikea life purchases. I was initially upset at how easily its surface would get scratched up - and actually hired a repair person to come fix it within a month or two of buying it -but in the months and years after realised that this particular finish is just intended to show its age. Underneath its coating this table is solid walnut; it's probably the sturdiest piece of furniture I own, and will last forever. It's meant to be an heirloom. We never thought to part with it, but our current apartment is a bit smaller than the old one and we want to put a play mat for our newborn in the Corbett's place.
