Seller's Notes:Room & Board Chelsea Sofa with left-arm chaise (ORIGINAL PRICE: 3600). A comfortable, contemporary classic that was made in Virginia, the Chelsea sectional offers firm comfort without the fuss of fluffing cushions. The design features a tight back and seat, a clean shape and metal legs that makes the sofa appear almost floating. A great design that compliments many furnishings, with a multi-colored weave fabric of 80% polyester, 20% rayon. The fabric has a nice, subtle depth of color and texture. There are absolutely no stains or smells. Dimensions: 120"w 64"d 30"h Inside Depth: 51"d Inside Width: 95"w Arm Height: 30"h Seat Height: 18"h Seat Depth: 24"d Frame Depth: 36"d Leg Height: 5"h Legs: all are removable *Professionally cleaned nearly two years ago. Could use another cleaning as there are some water rings from spot leaning. Additionally there is a small hole forming (see photos) which will need to be repaired.
