Seller's Notes:Great sofa from a great company! Room & Board pieces are well-made and last for years. I loved the deep seat for movie watching and lounging in general. It sits low and is on the moderate to firm side of their sofa collections. Charcoal grey is a great canvas for any accessory. The fabric is performance and easy to keep clean. I vacuumed every few weeks and rotated the cushions to ensure even wear; care is the best way to keep your sofa looking its best! I am selling because it is time for a change! I typically rearrange my space every few months, but have been so busy that it's been a few years! So, I am way overdue for some change, and it is time! This sofa was purchased brand new from Room & Board and delivered to a new building with no prior tenants. It has lived in an environment with no rodents or smoke of any kind.
