Seller's Notes:We have an amazing couch that converts into an extremely comfortable full size sleeper sofa. Recently had another baby so the notion of a guest room is no longer in the cards! We searched far and wide for the most comfortable guest bed option (way better than a pull out, honestly I could sleep on it every night...) that was functional as a couch most of the time. The color is "ronan gray". There is ample storage underneath / built in that holds the memory foam mattress topper (included and in great shape) and any other bedding you want to put with it. Dimensions when in sofa mode: 80" W x 29" H x 41" D Dimensions when in bed mode: 80” W x 17" H x 56” D Over the course of three years, it was slept on ~5 times total and sat on rarely. It is in great condition. Very light wear, no tears or scratches. Comes from a non-smoking home. We do have two small well-groomed dogs but this was not the "dog couch". Bought it at Room & Board a few years back for ~$2500 all-in after we searched EVERYWHERE for the perfect guest room couch with a super comfy sleeper. Hate to let it go, but it's time!
