Seller's Notes:This is a high end, 3-piece sectional couch from the Room and Board in Cherry Creek. Dimensions are 119"w x 44"d. The model is called the "Astaire" and the color is called "Banks Charcoal" (you can see it directly on the Room and Board site, see link below). These 3 pieces are connected with a locking mechanism and can easily snap together or come apart, if you wanted to add more pieces. The material is suede-like, and can easily be cleaned. Very unique couch. I finally decided to go ahead and sell it, because I want to stop paying for storage fees, and I don't see myself settling down in Colorado any time soon. I initially paid $4,579.38. I am asking $2,500, which I think is a steal for a couch that has been lightly used and is top quality / style.
