Seller's Notes:My husband and I purchased this sleeper sofa/couch to use in our second bedroom when we purchased our apartment in January of 2020. The pandemic hit a month later, we temporary re-located to my parents and the Hamptons for the next year and 1/2 and hardly ever came back to our apartment. We are expecting a baby girl in March and need to repurpose our room. The couch was used less than a handful of times, it's in near perfect condition. We are open to offers, but please no low balls as this is in perfect condition. We would keep it if we had the space! We chose the custom option to have wide arms on this style, which makes it nice if you want to rest your beverage (which we never got a chance to!)
