Seller's Notes:Room&Board Sterling Velvet 86” Sofa Color: Banks Mink (velvet) with Mineral finish on legs Condition: Very good condition from front, sun faded line on back of sofa from being against a window. There is also some small scuff on backing. I’ve had the sofa for two years in an office, so not frequently used. Looks pristine from from Current Retail Value: $2,699 Pick Up from Downtown Brooklyn. Doorman building with elevator and will need movers insurance. No pets, children or smoking in home.
