Seller's Notes:This couch is in fantastic condition. I've had it for the last 15 years and you wouldn't know it. Definitely built to last a lifetime. Awesome for napping. I'm only selling it as I'm moving in with someone and we don't need two couches. The couch has nary a blemish and is custom-upholstered in Charcoal "Desmond" fabric that Room and Board no longer carries. It's a micro-fiber fabric that's been Scotch-guarded - so it cleans up excellently and is super comfortable. It's been lovingly taken care of in my pet-free, smoke-free home. Super bummed to let it go...but hope it goes to another loving home.
