Seller's Notes:Classic 7-foot sofa in buttery yet durable semi-aniline leather, treated to resist fading and most spills and scratches, and easily wiped clean. The color, Room & Board's "Cognac," is a caramel brown with beautiful depth. The sofa itself is the ideal combination of clean lines and comfort, with enough structure to welcome your tired buns without swallowing them (or you!). The back and extra-wide (7") armrests offer support, while the two long seat cushions, which we've routinely rotated, are comfortably soft but without that sinking feeling. Easily seats three, with the seat cushions 67" across and 23" deep. Sofa outer edge to edge, 81"; the back is 33" high; armrests 27" high. We are a 2-person, no-smoking, no-pet NYC household. The sofa is in great shape, with few signs of wear or tear, and many good years ahead of it in a new home as we make a few changes in our own.
