Seller's Notes:Purchased as 2 separate (sectional) pieces, however it can be used both "together" and separate. It is in good condition with minimal sighs of wear. There are a couple "signs of wear" - the cushion is slightly discolored and one small stain (both pictured). It was purchased about 2 years ago, however, the smaller piece has been sitting in our 2nd bedroom unused. We have a small 6 lbs dog that does not shed and is hypo allerg *The armless piece measures: 72 x 37 x 26 (however the cushions go slightly higher than the back base of the sofa at 30 inches). *The armed (longer) piece measures: 81 x 37 x 26 (however the cushions go slightly higher than the back base of the sofa at 30 inches).
