Seller's Notes:Renovating den into a nursery, and have no space for the couch. Couch is in very good condition, with very minor blemishes as seen in the picture (and can only be noticed very up close). Exposure to a hypoallergenic dog, but no hair or odor from it. Couch needs to be disassembled and reassembled for entry into room. However, it fit in the service elevator as well as into the apartment, so you may not need to have this done given the couch's ultimate location.
