It is in perfect condition; I am selling it because I am moving to a smaller place and the couch cannot fit. The depth provided includes the two pieces on the side; more specifically, the measurements are 127 length; 30 height, 95 depth, and 46 inches depth of the two seater on the side. There is zero damage, and the couch has not been exposed to smoke or any pets; in fact, I barely sat on it myself because I travel quite a bit.
