Seller's Notes:English roll arm “Brooke” two seater sofa from Robin Bruce (associated with Rowe Furniture, sold at Boston Interiors). Retails for $2,900. Beautiful classic style sofa that is incredibly well made. In good used condition with lots of life left in it. Selling because we’ve moved and need a different sofa for our space. Color is called “natural” and is a warm, neutral beige. Cushions are reversible both sides pictured) - Seat cushions: down wrapped foam. - Loose pillow back: 100% down. Legs: dark wood, front are turned leg, no caster. Some minimal wear but overall good condition. Two notable blemishes: - Small mark on one of the seat cushions (circled in blue, dime for scale). Cushion can be flipped and other side is unmarked as pictured. - There is a horizontal indentation/line on the back of the sofa from being up against a windowsill (visible in photo) Dimensions: Seat Height:  21″ Seat Depth:  22″ Arm Height:  24″ Depth: 37” Width: 78” Height: 35” Happy to answer questions or provide more photos if needed!
