Seller's Notes:I'm selling this medium brown microsuede loveseat because I'm moving to a slightly smaller apartment and it won't fit. This has been a great piece for New York since it's a very comfortable loveseat that folds out into a comfortable sofa sleeper bed. I put a topper on it and all of my guests say it's really comfortable. It has a few pulls on the arms and top of the back cushion but all in all, it's in really good shape for a piece of furniture its age. Need to sell quickly. Best offer accepted.
