These two chairs were originally purchased directly from the manufacturer for use in a pop-up showroom featuring modern Italian luxury brands. For nearly 2 years they have been stored in our temperature-controlled storage unit in Brooklyn, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to own a piece of modern Italian design at a fraction of the price. Finished in what Riva 1920 describes as Utah leather, a full grain and vegetable tanned leather, the chairs feel supple yet substantial. They’re completed with a solid wood base and wood internal structure for stability and comfort. The chairs are fantastic reading chairs that will accent any modern living space. Given their colors, the chairs can be paired with both light and dark wood furniture as seen in the example showroom images. We are selling the two remaining chairs in our collection: - Natural Utah leather with a solid oak base - Cognac Utah leather with a solid walnut base The chairs have seen moderate usage in a showroom setting and therefore have a few surface scratches on the leather, as seen in the images. The scratches are only superficial and add to the character of the leather, but can be treated with a natural leather oil. The wood base and legs are solid and do not have any issues.
