Seller's Notes:This fabulous chandelier was hung in a new construction apartment and replaced with a smaller lighting fixture after the closing. Other than initial installation & apartment showings, this light fixture was never used. One of the glass plates was damaged during removal but is replaceable though RH for $100. There are some minor marks on the black ceiling box from initial installation and removal. All original parts and bulbs included. Motivated seller, will consider all reasonable offers. If you live in proximity to me I will gladly arrange a safe meet-up to avoid delivery fees.
