Seller's Notes:MUST SELL, MAKE AN OFFER This couch is ready for it's next journey in a good home. It belonged to my grandmother. It was purchased when she first got married in 1941. She kept it until she passed away about 6 yrs ago. She reupholstered it once (1990s) from the original manufacturer and then I had it reupholstered in March 2018. I had it reupholstered here in BK and they did a fantastic job. You can see from the pic, taken by the reupholster, the bones of the couch. All the old fabric was entirely removed. The fabric I used was from Zarin Frabrics, https://www.zarinfabrics.com/ . It's a luxury velvet fabric. I paid $1,000 for the fabric $60/yard. I paid $1300 for the reupholstering. The couch is extremely well made and is in superb condition. It's comfortable to sit on and relax on and would make a beautiful addition to any home.
