Seller's Notes:This adorable diner-style table served us impeccably as extra kitchen counter space in four different apartments, but we now have generous counter space (for Brooklyn), so no longer need it. We bought it at an antique store, so are not sure how old it is, but it certainly has that 1950's feel. It could use a clean and polish all around, and possibly a fresh coat of paint on the white part of the base as there is some staining. The top surface has some light scratches / overall wear and tear, but is smooth to the touch and easy to wipe down. The pedestal-style base is somewhat unusual and very handy, especially for easy maneuvering in a modestly-sized apartment setting when legs in the corners of tables can get in the way.
