Seller's Notes:I bought this sofa, which is in Brushed Belgian Linen fabric in Sand, in 2012. It still looks great and relevant today as it did back then - see photos. I am selling this to get a new collection from RH. The sofa new is worth approx $4500 but I am selling it for a fraction of the price. It's due to the fabric being torn on the seating area. A reupholster company can probably get it back to new for about $1000-$1500. You can either purchase your own fabric or buy it from RH. Please reach out if you have questions. Thanks and good luck!
