Seller's Notes:RH Restoration Hardware Tarras Wool Rug – 10' × 14' Wheat | 100% Hand-Spun Wool | Hand-Knotted | Sculptural High-Low Texture Beautiful Staging Condition | Professionally Cleaned Configured RH Retail Price $6,935 Member $9,910 Regular ──────────────────────────── DESCRIPTION Richly textural, organic, and beautifully understated, the RH Tarras Wool Rug draws inspiration from ancient tribal weaves, reinterpreting their traditional motifs through a sophisticated contemporary lens. Masterfully hand knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, Tarras is distinguished by its sculpted wave pattern, which moves organically across the surface of the rug. Rather than relying on dramatic color contrast, the design is created through high-low dimension and texture, allowing areas of light and shadow to emphasize the pattern as the surrounding light changes. The substantial ½-inch pile gives Tarras an exceptionally soft, luxurious feel underfoot while reinforcing the depth of its sculptural design. Hand-spun wool introduces natural tonal variation and organic character throughout the surface, preventing the neutral palette from feeling flat or overly uniform. Finished in RH's Wheat colorway, this 10' × 14' rug offers a sophisticated warm-neutral foundation with subtle variations in tone and texture. Its generous scale makes it ideal for anchoring a large living room, dining room, primary bedroom, or other substantial designer interior. The finishing details are equally thoughtful, with hemmed edges and braided fringe providing an artisanal counterpoint to the contemporary sculpted pattern. Previously utilized for upscale staging, this rug presents in beautiful overall condition and has been professionally cleaned by K.A. Menendian Rug Gallery. It is refreshed, placement ready, and prepared for its next home. Overall, Tarras offers a beautiful balance of tribal inspiration, contemporary restraint, substantial texture, and 100% wool construction, making it an exceptionally versatile luxury rug. ──────────────────────────── DIMENSIONS Size: 10' × 14' Pile Height: Approximately ½" Because the Tarras is individually handcrafted, slight variations in overall dimensions are inherent to its artisan construction and should be expected. The generous 10' × 14' profile provides substantial coverage for larger seating arrangements, dining spaces, primary bedrooms, and open-concept interiors. A quality rug pad is recommended for additional cushioning and stability and to help protect both the rug and underlying flooring. ──────────────────────────── STYLE OVERVIEW • Organic Modern • Contemporary • Tribal-Inspired • Quiet Luxury • Wabi-Sabi • Textural Modern • Modern Rustic • Transitional • Minimalist • Designer-Curated Interiors Tarras draws from the visual language of ancient tribal weaving but simplifies those influences into an understated, contemporary design. Its sculpted waves create movement through changes in pile height rather than bold coloration, giving the rug enough character to make a statement while maintaining the versatility of a sophisticated neutral. Tarras pairs beautifully with travertine, limestone, plaster, warm oak, walnut, bouclé, linen, leather, bronze, aged brass, and other layered natural materials. ──────────────────────────── COLOR OVERVIEW Wheat Wheat is a sophisticated warm neutral that beautifully complements the organic nature of the Tarras design. Rather than presenting as one uniform shade, the hand-spun wool and dimensional pile create subtle tonal movement throughout the surface. Depending on lighting and pile direction, the rug can reveal nuanced variations of wheat, oatmeal, flax, warm beige, and natural cream. The sculpted high-low construction further enhances this variation by creating areas of natural highlight and shadow. The result is a warm, layered neutral that provides considerably more visual interest than a conventional solid-colored rug while remaining exceptionally versatile. ──────────────────────────── MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION 100% Wool Pile • Masterfully hand knotted in Pakistan • Crafted from 100% hand-spun wool • Substantial ½" pile • Sculpted wave pattern creates luxurious high-low dimension • Hand-spun fibers provide natural softness and organic tonal variation • Finished with hemmed edges • Detailed with braided fringe • Label STEP Certified • Suitable for medium- to high-traffic areas The 100% wool construction gives Tarras an excellent combination of natural softness, warmth, durability, and resilience, making it particularly well suited for larger living spaces where luxury and practicality are equally important. ──────────────────────────── ARTISAN CHARACTER The Tarras is an individually handcrafted rug, and subtle variation is inherent to its construction and part of its beauty. Differences in shading, yarn texture, pile height, sculpting, dimensions, fringe, and surface character may naturally occur as a result of the hand-spun wool and hand-knotted construction. These variations contribute to the organic character of the design and prevent the sculptural pattern from appearing overly uniform or machine produced. Such characteristics reflect the artisan process and should be expected and celebrated rather than regarded as manufacturing imperfections. ──────────────────────────── CONDITION Previously utilized for upscale staging, this RH Tarras Wool Rug presents in beautiful overall condition. Prior to listing, the rug was professionally cleaned by K.A. Menendian Rug Gallery and has been refreshed and prepared for placement in its next home. As with any piece previously utilized for staging, minor traces of prior placement, handling, or transportation may be present upon close inspection. These are minimal overall and do not detract from the rug's beautiful presentation. As a hand-knotted rug crafted from hand-spun natural wool, variations in shading, texture, pile height, dimensions, and fiber character are inherent to its artisan construction and should be expected. Overall, this is a beautifully presenting and placement-ready example of the Tarras Collection, offering exceptional softness, sculptural texture, and sophisticated organic character. ──────────────────────────── CARE Suitable for medium- to high-traffic areas. A quality rug pad is recommended for additional cushioning and stability and to help protect both the rug and underlying flooring. Professional specialty rug cleaning is recommended as needed. Rotate periodically to encourage even wear and minimize prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. ──────────────────────────── COUNTRY OF ORIGIN Pakistan ────────────────────────────
