Please note: This an older sofa, and has signs of wear and tear - pictured here. It is structurallyin very good condition, but a buyer should note the discoloration of the fabric due to its use. The fabric is very resilient - Perennial Performance (Sand). See the retailers link for further details. We professionally cleaned the sofa once during its lifetime - 3 years ago - and it looked new - and a thorough clean may remove a lot of the marks seen in these pictures.
